New Daily Health Check Form – Digital and Print Version
Thank you for continuing to conduct a daily health check with your child. It is an important measure to help keep our school community healthy and safe. To better assist families, the Ministry of Education has developed an online K to 12 Health Check which can be found here: https://www.k12dailycheck.gov.bc.ca/healthcheck
A mobile phone app version can also be downloaded, called K to 12 Health Checker.
Print versions are available in multiple languages on our District website here.
Absences & Signing Out -If your child is going to be absent or arriving late, please call the office (604-888-5393) or email RBEAttendance@sd35.bc.ca or fill out the form below to inform us.
If your child needs to leave for an appointment we require the parent/guardian to come into the office and advise staff of their leaving. If your child is being picked up by someone different than the usual person, please ensure you let the office and teacher know. We also encourage you to make sure that your children arrive to school on time every day. This will not only lessen disruptions in the classroom, but more importantly, will ensure that your child will have a smooth and calm start to their day. The time to establish a culture for arriving on time is now while children are still in elementary school. Thank you for your support!
