News and Information
Basketball this week
This week, our Bulldogs basketball teams play their first games against another school. The boys will host a team from Donna Gabriel Robins, and the girls will walk over to play against the team at Donna Gabriel Robins. Good luck to all the players and coaches. We know you’ll do great! Parents travelling with the girls, we’ll meet in the front foyer right at the bell to hand out jerseys and walk the 1.2 km to the other school as a group. Please join us if you can.
Diversity and Respect Week is February 21-24

Multicultural Day 2023 Assembly – Demonstrations Needed
Attention Students (or families)! We have a traditional Korean Dance demonstration planned for our Multicultural Day Assembly, but we need more! Do you have a culturally relevant skill you can share with the school? Music? Dance? Sport? If you do, please make sure Mr. Oliver knows ASAP! In the past we have had Chinese dance, Karate, Persian Dance, and more that predate Mr. Oliver’s time at the school.
Parent Workshops with Saleema Noon
Saleema Noon Sexual Health Educators will be working with our school later this year. In addition to the curricular programs she offers for students, Saleema also offers parent workshops online. This one is free:
Workshop dates are February 22 at 7:00pm or February 24 at 9:30 am. Registration is here.
